Bloodhound LSR is going the break the current land car speed Thrust SSC which is setback in 1997 which is around 760 mph. It was the first vehicle to break the Sound barrier. The Bloodhound LSR is planned to achieve the speed of 1000 mph on land which is the twice the speed of normal Boeing 787 Flight. Bloodhound LSR is going various test runs in South African Deserts, for the test runs they have cleared about 12.5 miles/20 km track for the test run.
