NAO is an Autonomous and Programmable humanoid robot which is developed by the Aldebaran Robotics which is French Robotic Company and later it was acquired by Softbank Robotics in2015.The NAO was launched in 2004. In 15 August 2007, it replaced the Sony’s Dog robot AIBO, which is used in Robo Cup Standard platform League (SPL) an robot soccer Game.
In 2015, over 5000 NAO was used more than 50 Countries.

 ICUB is an open source robotics and an Humanoid robot with Artificial Intelligence. It was designed by Robocubconsortium of several European Universities. It was built by the Italian Institute of Technology. It’s Resemblance is like 3.5 years old child and it is controlled by PC 104 controller which communicate with actuators and sensor using CANBUS.

SOPHIA is the Advanced Humanoid Robot which is developed by the Hong Kong based company Hanson Robotics. It was Activated on 19 April 2015 and it was publically appears at south by southwest festival (SXSW) in Mid March on 2016 in Austin, Texas, US. Sophia has able to Display 50 facial Expression.
In October 2016, Sophia became the Saudi Arabia Citizen and it was the first Robot to receive citizenship on any country.

Features: 
The Camera within Sophia Eyes combined with computer algorithms which allow her to see and with the sustained eye contact she can recognize the individuals. She is able to process speech and have conversations using a natural language subsystem. Around January 2018 Sophia was upgraded with functional legs and the ability to walk. The information stored in Sophia is in an cloud network and it allows her to response to analysed with blockchain technology.
